Program terms

1. The program

The StefanBrain affiliate program pays you a cash reward for referring new paying StefanBrain customers. Joining is free and does not require a StefanBrain subscription. By creating an affiliate account you agree to these terms, which form an agreement between you and Copy and Funnel Accelerator LLC.

2. Referrals and tracking

You receive a personal referral link and code. Visits through your link are tracked with a 90-day, last-click cookie; your referral's discount is applied at checkout through your code.

A referral qualifies when a new customer who was tracked to your link or code subscribes to a StefanBrain Base or Elite plan and their first invoice is successfully paid. Trials that never convert, plans purchased outside self-serve checkout (including Ultra Pro), refunded first invoices, and existing customers or workspaces do not qualify.

3. Rewards and payouts

The reward is $250 (USD) per qualified referral, and your referral receives $100 off their first paid month. Amounts may change prospectively; qualified referrals are paid at the rate in effect when they qualified.

Rewards accrue to your affiliate account as pending earnings and are paid out monthly. We contact you by email to arrange each payout. You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you receive, and we may require tax documentation (such as a W-9) before paying out.

If a referral's first invoice is refunded or charged back, the associated reward is voided or deducted from future payouts.

4. What's not allowed

Self-referrals in any form (referring yourself, your own business or workspace, or routing your own purchase through your link) do not qualify and may lead to removal from the program.

You may not: post your code or link on coupon, deal, or voucher sites; bid on StefanBrain, CopyAccelerator, or confusingly similar brand terms in paid search; send spam or unsolicited messages; misrepresent StefanBrain, its pricing, or your relationship with us; or imply your content is authored or endorsed by StefanBrain without permission.

You may say you are a StefanBrain affiliate and use the marketing assets we provide. Where you promote in channels covered by disclosure rules (such as the FTC's), you are responsible for disclosing the affiliate relationship.

5. Suspension and termination

We may pause or revoke affiliate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are abusive or fraudulent. Revoked accounts forfeit pending, unpaid rewards attributable to the violating activity. You may leave the program at any time by emailing us; earned, qualified rewards up to that point are still paid out.

6. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes are effective when posted on this page. Continuing to promote after a change means you accept it.
